Velocity is a rewards program built for individual OutSystems partner sales reps.
Register deals. Progress them. Close them. Get trained. Show up. Try new things. Every eligible action earns points, and your points convert into payouts.

You work for a partner
You are employed by an official, recognised OutSystems partner.

Your employer is signed
Your company holds a fully executed, active partner agreement with OutSystems.

You sell across APAC
The program is open to sales representatives operating in the Asia-Pacific region, excluding Japan.

How earning works.
Three of your activities arrive from OutSystems on their own. The rest take about a minute to claim. Activity from 1 September 2026 counts — even from before you joined.

Do the work
Register a deal. Progress it. Close it. Finish a course, show up to an event, share a post.

Claim it, or let it land
Deal registration, progress to SQO and closed partner-sourced revenue come straight from OutSystems. Everything else you claim, with your proof attached.

Get paid
Every activity is validated before it counts. Once it clears, the points land on your balance and convert into a payout.
25 points is US$1. You’re paid only after you’ve confirmed your employer’s policy. Once you reach 2,500 points (US$100), request a payout and it goes out with the next monthly run. Hit the US$1,000 quarterly cap (25,000 points) and you’re paid automatically, no request needed. At quarter end, a balance under US$100 rolls over. Anything more is paid out, up to the US$1,000 cap; points above the cap are neither paid nor carried over.
